Netherhall Learning Campus Huddersfield (HD5 9PG)
Consisting of four schools, Netherhall Learning Campus is situated in Huddersfield for pupils aged 3-19. We were asked to resurface their tarmac MUGA to create an all weather artificial grass MUGA for all their pupils to enjoy.
With over 3,000 square metres of space to work with they wanted us to create an area that could accommodate different types of games for their pupils to play. We created a football pitch for the whole length of the area, 4 netball courts, and 4 tennis courts.
We used our green Multi-Sport surface for their MUGA as well as yellow, white and blue lines to create markings for the pitches.
The area had two long tree roots that were around 8 metres long. Our installation team broke these out and filled the holes to ensure the ground was level and safe for the students to play.
